Emily Chebet Conquers Eldoret City Marathon

Emily Chebet Kipchumba defeated a richly talented field that included 2021 winner Mercy Kipchumba to emerge the winner of Eldoret City Marathon 2022 in a time of 2:29:58. Chebet finished the race strongly after surging to split from the rest of the leading pack with around 2KM left. This was her first time participating in the Eldoret City Marathon and she was grateful to God for leading her to victory. The full results of the 2022 edition are listed here.
